Smaller rooms get the same care
Not every event is an arena. Many of ours are seminars, workshops, training days and board meetings in hotel suites and conference rooms, including regular events at venues you have already booked. We size the sound, screens and lighting to the room, so you only pay for what the event needs, with the same planning and a technical manager in charge on the day.

How we work
From first call to final applause
Seven clear steps and one accountable production partner. You know what happens next, and who is responsible, at every stage.
Enquiry
You tell us the date, venue, audience and what the day needs to achieve. We reply the same day.
Call
A senior producer talks it through with you: format, running order, priorities and budget range.
Site visit or recce
We survey the venue with its team: power, rigging points, access, sightlines and load-in times.
Proposal
A clear written proposal and itemised quote, with what is and isn't included spelled out.
Production planning
Technical plan, running order, crew schedule, content checks and risk assessments. RAMS on request.
Show day
We build, test and rehearse before doors, then run the show with a technical manager in charge.
Post-event review
We go through what worked and what to change, and hand over any recordings and files.
What if something goes wrong?
We quote for a show that survives a failure, not one that only works if nothing breaks. That means rehearsed content and switching, planned and protected power, rigging done properly, enough experienced crew and time set aside for pre-production.

Add-on · IGNITE Studios, Watford
Need a hybrid or broadcast element? We own the studio.
IGNITE Studios is our broadcast studio in Watford. Present from a full LED stage to a small audience in the room while everyone else watches a TV-quality live stream, with no venue build. Use it on its own, or alongside your live event for remote speakers, pre-records and hybrid sessions.

What does IGNITE Events do?
IGNITE Events is a Watford-based live event production company. We provide sound, lighting, LED video walls, staging and set design, video and camera, live streaming and hybrid production, technical management and crew for conferences and large-scale events across the UK, Europe and worldwide.
How long has IGNITE been producing events?
We have been in live events since 1992 and producing conferences since 2007. IGNITE Events Ltd is part of the IGNITE Group of Companies.
Do you do small events?
Yes. Many of our events are for 20 to 150 people: board meetings, seminars, workshops, AGMs and regular training days, including at venues you have already booked. We scale the crew and kit to the room, so you only pay for what the event needs.
How big are the events you produce?
Audiences from 10 to 20,000, from board meetings and seminars to arena productions. We have produced events at ExCeL London, the Coventry Building Society Arena, bp pulse LIVE and the NEC in Birmingham, the Edinburgh International Conference Centre and major hotel venues.
Do you work outside the UK?
Yes. We deliver events across the UK and Europe, working in Europe roughly twice a month, and worldwide through local partners in Dubai, Australia, India, the USA, Canada and Singapore. Europe and worldwide.

Are you insured?
Yes. We hold £5 million public liability insurance, which can be increased where a client or venue requires it. Certificates are available on request.
